Jane's Krazy Lemon Pepper
Grilled Shrimp
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup Bella Famiglia Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Lemon Pepper
1 lb. peeled shrimp
• Combine white wine, olive oil and Jane's Crazy
Mixed-Up Lemon Pepper in a bowl
• Add Shrimp and marinate for 20-30 minutes
• Grill shrimp or sear in a skillet until done
Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up
Pepper Pita Pizza
Grated mozzarella cheese
Oregano
Basil
Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Pepper
Pizza sauce
Whole wheat pita bread
• Slice whole wheat pita bread into flat circles
• Spread with Pizza sauce
• Top with grated mozzarella cheese
• Sprinkle to taste with Oregano, Basil, and Jane's
Krazy Mixed-Up Pepper
• Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese browns
Krazy Mixed-Up Catfish
4 catfish fillets
1/2 cup of margarine
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tsps. Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up salt
1 tsp. of Pepper
1/2 cup of diced carrots
1/4 cup of diced celery
1/4 cup of chopped green onions
2 tbs. of snipped fresh parsley
2 thinly sliced lemons
• Preheat Oven to 350 F
• Place the fillets in foil about 4 inches longer
than the catfish
• Melt margarine and add lemon juice, salt, Jane's
Crazy Mixed-Up Pepper, carrots, celery, onions, and
parsley. Saute all for 3-5 minutes
• Divide vegetables between fillets and top with
lemon slices
• Fold the foil around the fish so that the juices
are held in
• Bake for 30 minutes
Jane's Tuna with Lime Pepper Krazy
Krust
4 tuna steaks ( 3/4-1-inch thick, about 6 oz. each)
Jane's Crazy Mixed-Up Lime Pepper
Juice from 1 lime
1-2 tsp. vegetable oil
• Rinse the tuna steaks and pat dry with paper
towels, Lightly rub both sides of the tuna steaks with
oil and set on a broiler pan
• Sprinkle the tops of the steaks evenly with
the Jane's Crazy Mixed-Up Lime Pepper and let sit for
10 minutes
• Preheat the broiler and set the rack 2 to 3
inches from the heat source
• For medium-done steaks, broil the tuna for 1
to 2 minutes, turn and lightly sprinkle again with Jane's
Crazy Mixed-Up Lime Pepper. Continue broiling until
just pink in the center (cut to test), 1 to 2 minutes
longer
• For well-done steaks, broil about 3 minutes
on each side. Do not overcook the tuna or the meat will
become dry and lose its flavor
• Pour the lime juice over the tuna steaks right
after you take them from the oven, and serve
