Garlicky Hot Wings

recipe photo

For the Wings

For The Sauce

Wings in the oven take a little longer, but they’re worth it! Crispy and delicious and without the excess of fat you’d get from frying.

Preheat oven to 400°. Rinse and dry wings and place in a large food storage bag. Add oil and Jane’s and massage well to coat. Place wings on a cookie sheet, leaving space between wings. Bake 45 minutes, turning once, until wings are cooked through and skin is crispy.

In the meantime, make the sauce. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add the hot sauce and Jane’s and whisk to combine. Just before the boil, remove from heat and set aside.

Once the wings are cooked, coat them with the sauce and serve with traditional celery and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
